About Nicole

Nicole Cozean, PT, DPT, WCS is a pelvic health specialist, author, and entrepreneur.  Her cash-based clinic PelvicSanity has grown to 7-figure revenue and 9 employees in just three years.  The PelvicSanity team specializes in treating complex pelvic health cases, working with over 60 out-of-town patients from all six continents, 15+ countries, and 23 US States who have flown in for treatment.

With a passion for mentorship and raising the pelvic health field, Nicole founded the Pelvic PT Huddle Facebook group to promote collaboration and growth among almost 4,000 specialists.  She teaches clinical courses and provides 1:1 business mentorship for pelvic health specialists as they grow their practice.

The author of the best-selling book The Interstitial Cystitis Solution, Nicole was the first physical therapist to serve on the ICA Board of Directors and was named the 2017 ICN Physical Therapist of the Year.  She teaches her continuing education courses both internationally and online, has served on the faculty of Chapman University and taught for Herman & Wallace.

In addition to her business pursuits, Nicole is a college basketball referee and serves as the Medical Director for the charitable organization The East Africa Partnership.  She makes her home in Orange County, California.
