Kegels alone aren’t cutting it. And your patients know it.
The Gaps In Our Training
Most of us were taught to assess the pelvic floor lying down, in isolation, and often only with a focus on muscle activation. But real life doesn’t happen supine on a table. Our patients leak when they run, lift, or laugh — not when they’re doing a perfect Kegel in clinic.

Clinicians feel stuck doing the same thing with each person

Patients are frustrated their strengthening isn’t functional

Treatment plans don’t translate into real-world results
If you’re frustrated by the limits of this approach, you’re not alone—and there’s a better way.

GET MORE FUNCTIONAL - AND FUN! - WITH YOUR PATIENTS
How This Course Transforms Your Practice
Most of us were taught to strengthen in isolation — but that doesn’t translate when patients are standing, moving, or performing real-life tasks. This course bridges that gap with a clear, functional system you can apply immediately. You’ll leave not just with new techniques, but with the confidence to know exactly what to do with your next patient.
After this course, you’ll be able to:

Assess the pelvic floor in functional, symptomatic tasks (not just supine)

Activate the pelvic floor through glutes, range of motion, and whole-body integration

Confidently manage intra-abdominal pressure during strengthening

Move beyond “just strengthening” into reducing demand on the system

Build a repeatable, evidence-informed framework you can use tomorrow

This course is the exact framework that changed everything for my patients—and for me. I fell back in love with pelvic health once I moved beyond isolationist thinking. It’s more fun, more effective, and more empowering for both the clinician and the patient.
The Adaptive Strengthening Framework
From initial evaluation to discharge—treat the pelvic floor as a system, not a single muscle group.
Inside Essential Pelvic Strengthening: Not Your Mama’s Kegels, you’ll learn how to:

Integrate Functional Strengthening
Get patients off the table (without making it weird) and into goal-specific movements.

Assess in Standing & Movement
Capture the real picture of pelvic floor function.

Use the Whole Kinetic Chain
Turn any exercise into a pelvic floor exercise.

Replace Isolationist Strengthening
Adaptively load the pelvic system for lasting outcomes.
“Changed my everyday assessments and treatments for every patient. Everyone is getting better faster and LOVES how practical it is.” – Stacy M.
