We (Nicole & Jesse Cozean) started PelvicSanity in 2016 in Southern California. We made A LOT of mistakes as we built the business into one of the largest cash-based practices in the country. Currently PelvicSanity has 7 full-time clinicians and sees patients from our local area and all around the world in our Out of Town Program.

Nicole co-founded PelviCon, the first-ever conference by and for pelvic rehab in 2022. It's sold out (often in just a few minutes) four years in a row as it brings the best and brightest from all over the world to Atlanta, GA.

Nicole's clinical courses have trained more than 2,000 pelvic PTs and OTs from around the world. She has created 4 full-length courses (12+ hours) and 3 masterclasses.
