Here you can find the most frequently asked questions about our Rising courses and programs.

I’m having trouble finding my courses, signing in, or I don’t see the course I’m looking for in my library?

  • You can always find your courses at If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from that page as well. 

  • When you can’t find the course you’re looking for, it’s usually because you signed up for that course with another email. Make sure to check the email you received with the receipt for the program or course, that will be the one the course is under. 

I have two email addresses that I’ve used for separate courses in the past. Is it possible to just have one account, with all my classes and programs?

  • Yes! Please send us an email to indicating the email that you want to have as your one login, and we’ll merge them for you. 

Kajabi sent me an email that my card was declined. What do I do?

  • Log into Kajabi and make sure your card details are all up to date or to change the card on file. Kajabi will automatically retry once you’ve changed the card. Here's a help page with the steps to change the card on file.

I need a receipt/invoice for the course I took. Where can I find that?

  • Please search your inbox for the name of the course and you will find a receipt from when you purchased the course. Remember to search the inbox with the email that you signed up with.

  • If you can’t find it, please check your junk or spam. 

I’m having trouble with playback or other technical difficulties. What should I do?

  • Try refreshing the page. If this doesn’t help, try logging out and logging back in.

  • If that still doesn’t help, you can contact Kajabi at

I purchased the Pelvicon 2023 recording and I don’t see it in Kajabi with all my other courses. Where can I find it? 

  • Pelvicon recordings are separate and have a separate login at

  • Please see your receipt email for your login details. 

What day of the month does Kajabi bill my card for my monthly subscription? Can I change it to a date of my choosing?

  • Kajabi bills on the date of the month that you signed up for your subscription.

  • Unfortunately, this isn’t something that we can change. 

How can I change my card on file for billing?

  • You can do this from your account directly! Here's a help page with the steps to change the card on file.

How can I get a Certificate of Completion for my course?

  • Once you finish the course and fill our your course survey, we send out Certificates of Completion within 2-3 weeks. You can find the link to fill out the course survey in the course emails.

  • If you haven’t received your Certificate of Completion within 2-3 weeks, please send us an email to and we’ll get you squared away.
